These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online store by consumers and businesses.

3. Contract Formation

The presentation of products in our online store does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order.

By clicking the “Place Order” or equivalent button during checkout, you submit a binding offer to purchase the selected products.

After receiving your order, we will send an automatic confirmation by email acknowledging receipt of your order. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order.

The purchase contract is concluded only when we expressly accept the order or dispatch the ordered goods.

4. Prices

All prices shown on our website are stated in Euro (€).

Prices include the applicable statutory VAT where required by law unless otherwise indicated.

Shipping costs are shown separately during checkout.

Payment must be completed before the goods are dispatched unless another payment method is explicitly offered.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are processed as quickly as possible.

Estimated delivery times are provided on our Shipping Information page.

Delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control shall not entitle the customer to compensation.

As our products are handcrafted, some items may be made to order or require additional production time if they are temporarily out of stock. In such cases, both the production and delivery times will be be longer. If this applies to your order, we will notify you of the estimated production and shipping timeframe as soon as possible.

7. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

8. Customer Accounts

Customers may create an account to simplify future purchases.

Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities conducted through their account.

9. Product Information

We strive to display product descriptions and images as accurately as possible.

Minor variations in color, appearance, or packaging may occur due to monitor settings, manufacturing processes, or product improvements.

10. Warranty

The statutory warranty rights under German law apply.

If a delivered product is defective, customers are entitled to the legal remedies provided by applicable law.

11. Limitation of Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence.

For slight negligence, we are liable only for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health, or for the breach of essential contractual obligations.

Any further liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
